The Travel Clinic is now offering PCR (polymerase chain reaction) COVID-19 testing for anyone who may need documentation of a negative test for things such as, travel, clearance for school or sports, and concerts or events. Please note we DO NOT offer testing for people who are symptomatic or who have had an exposure to someone with COVID-19.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you have time to check in. Please bring a photo ID with you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
Fees
The cost of an individual test for COVID-19 is $125.
The Travel Clinic does not bill health insurance plans for elective testing. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, credit card or check.
What to expect
The appointment takes around 20 minutes. The test is a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) nasopharyngeal (nose) swab and is conducted by a trained nurse or medical assistant. To receive your results you MUST have access to Denver Health’s MyChart system. Your results will be available within 24 hours.
